Functional Trainings

Just as the name suggests - Functional meaning movement with a purpose. It is not boring as everyone thinks it because this kind of training helps us get along with everyday activities as it consists of different exercises which focuses the use of all muscle groups. You think squatting, deadlifting, lunges and push-ups are easy? Give it a shot and let us know if it wakes your muscles up the next day or two !
